● Berri
In this privacy statement, "personal data" refers to information that
can identify an individual when used alone or in combination with other
information. Smart router; refers to a router with cloud management
functions produced or manufactured by a hardware manufacturer. "App"
refers to the mobile application developed by Rein Technology
(Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. that can help end users remotely control the smart
router and connect to the Berri APP platform.
For other brand apps that provide support services by Reyin Technology
(Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., our customers will decide which personal data to
collect through our products. We collect information according to the
customer's request, and the processing of such information is limited
to providing the services agreed upon by the customer and us. If you
are a user of our customer, and you do not want customers who use our
services to contact you, please contact the customer directly and
inform your request.
We use a third-party (Tencent Technology Co., Ltd.) Bugly service
(com.tencent.bugly) to track and process bugs in the operation of the
APP for you, without collecting personal data.
We use a third-party (Shanghai Youkun Information Technology Co., Ltd.,
hereinafter referred to as "MobTech") MobTech ShareSDK service to
provide you with social sharing, third-party login social sharing, and
third-party login functions. In order to successfully implement this
function, you need to authorize MobTechSDK to provide corresponding
services; after your authorization, MobTech will collect your relevant
personal information. Regarding the types and purposes of information
collected by MobTech, personal information protection rules and opt-out
mechanisms, etc., please refer to the privacy policy

What personal data we collect

ID, online status, activation time, firmware version, and upgrade

information encryption transmission based on dynamic keys for
communication. In terms of data processing, strict data filtering and
verification as well as a complete data audit process are adopted. In
terms of data storage, all confidential information of users will be

Information retention
period
